NHL News: NHL Rejects $102,000,000 Contract

The latest NHL hockey news reported by TSN, states that the NHL has rejected the $102,000,000 salary cap contract. NHL believe their value and popularity will continue to grow and therefore cannot agree to the salary cap. According to NHL, the NHL stars deserve better and they are reluctant to comply with the current contract, requesting for alterations to be made.

Although the contract is confidential, some of the details have been leaked onto the internet. They are now speculating that the contract will not pull through and it is uncertain whether the NHL will receive a new contract that they will be happy to agree to.
